羽生優子氏【量刑判決】について
先般の賠審裁判で有罪となった羽生優子氏に量刑を言い渡す公判が、以下の通り予定されています。
日程 2026年7月3日（金）午後2時15分
場所 オークランド地方裁判所 Auckland District Court
65-69 Albert Street (Corner of Albert Street & Kingston Street), Auckland CBD
＊公判の傍聴はどなたでも可能です。
ただし先日、この公判を延期してほしいという要請が羽生氏側からあったそうです。有罪判決に対する異議申し立てをするとともに、第三者による報告書の作成を行うためということです。
検察側はこの延期申請に反対していますが、裁判官は公判を延期することに同意する可能性があるようです。
このため、予定通りに公判が行われるかどうかまだ確定していません。確定次第、被害者の方々にはSFOから連絡があるそうです。

明日予定されていた羽生優子氏の公判は、延期されることが決定したそうです。(第三者による報告書を準備するための時間が認められたということです。)

意図的に倒産させる前に数百人の投資家から資金をだまし取った、数百万ドル規模のポンジ・スキーム（ネズミ講）をやった元財務責任者が、6年以上の懲役刑を言い渡された。
この羽生裕子被告は、重大詐欺局（SFO）による起訴で有罪判決を受けたことを受け、69万1000ドルの賠償金の支払いも命じられた。
この巨大な「イースト・ウィンド」詐欺事件は、主にニュージーランド在住の日本人コミュニティを標的としており、その大半は投資額のほんの一部しか取り戻せない見通しだ。
何故、ここでヘラルドのリック記者が「大半は投資額のほんの一部しか取り戻せない見通し」
と書いた理由は、数百の投資家による全被害額はNZ＄５３４０万（今のレートのNZ＄１＝¥９０を適応すると、
¥４８億）だから、羽生が抵抗せずにオークランド地裁からの支払い命令に従い（いつまでに支払うことになっているかは不明）、NZ＄６９．１万を顧客に返して、均等に元投資家に山分けしても、回収率は僅か１．３％にしか満たない（¥１千万預けて¥１３万のリターンである）ことを意味します。
もし、この回収率を少しでも高めるには、他の共犯者も裁判所送りにした上で、ＮＺ内で死亡したとされる、トム田中夫婦がアフリカやアジア国内あたりで頻繁に目撃されたとされる事案にも詳しく洗うべきでしょう。

既に、量刑評決とほぼ同時期に既に羽生は収監されたようだが、
彼女は２年６か月で出て来ることになる。
私が今の首相のChris Hipkinsの事務所のすぐ傍に偶然、住んでたことがあったけど、
そこの大家（彼女自身は正業をやっていた）の旦那が、
NZ内のどこかの刑務所に入っていて（大家自身が、その人の罪状は知らないけど、
私に明かした。）、
よく（３日に１度くらいだったように思う）、夜、自宅と長時間電話し合っていた。
その時、「向こうの刑務所と言うのは日本と比べずいぶん、自由なんだなあ。恐らく、房内でTVでも見られるんだろうな。」と思いました。
実際に、アフリカやアジア国内あたりで頻繁に目撃されているというのであれば、
見つけたら、自然に声かけして見て、確かめて。
トム田中の葬式の日、誰も棺の中を見てないというのと、
夫婦の死亡月日が近かったのが気になるけど、
片方ないし、夫婦がもし存命（どこかで生きている）となれば、通報→逮捕で、
より賠償額のシェアは多めに出来るのかもしれない。
