New: Entropic Kuva does not appear to drop for Clients if Entropic Eximus are killed by Mirage's Hall of Mirrors or Sirius & Orion's Celestial Clash.
In reality, it appears you killed the Eximus but you did not, meaning the host will have to kill it properly for the Kuva to drop.
