既知の不具合
Invites being disabled on platforms the Nintendo Switch. We are working to re-enable the feature for Nintendo Switch.
If you wish to play in a squad with your friends, you are able to join squads using your friends list.

PSAのトピックでは解決したとされているが解決後にも招待が機能しない報告がある
無効なのは招待だけなのでフレンド登録をすれば作成したセッションに参加接続して貰うことは出来る またトレードであれば中立地帯を利用することでも可能
逆に言うとそれら以外の解決策は無いので他プラットフォームの人にホストをやって貰うのが手っ取り早いと思われる
